The Cardiometabolic Prevention Centre aims to share best practices in academic preventive cardiology to assist providers when caring for their patients.
The Unmet Need
The contemporary medical therapy for patients with cardiovascular disease is complex and involves aggressive risk factor modification as well as newer pharmacologic agents including lipid lowering, diabetic, and antithrombotic agents for example.
If you are interested in launching a Cardiometabolic Prevention Clinic at your institution, please contact us at Cardiometprevention@unityhealth.to for more information.
